LEARNING OPPORTUNITY GRANTS. The unexpended and unobligated general fund balance on June 30, 2000, of the appropriation made by sec. 43, ch. 84, SLA 1999, page 23, line 30 (K-12 Support - $762,280,800), not to exceed $5,787,100, is appropriated to the Department of Education and Early Development for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2001, for learning opportunity grants as a component of public school funding. A district is eligible to receive a learning opportunity funding grant not to exceed the districts adjusted ADM multiplied by $27.51.
